Welcome to Piggy Bank Savings Tracker ("we," "us," or "our"), developed by Tapcorn Studios. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. We are committed to transparency regarding your financial data privacy.

1. Information Collection & Storage

Piggy Bank Savings Tracker operates on a "Local-First" basis, with optional cloud features for Premium users.

                For Free Users: All data (savings goals, transaction history, and images) is stored locally on your device. We do not have access to this data, and it is permanently lost if you uninstall the app.
            

                For Premium (Pro) Users: If you choose to enable Cloud Sync & Backup, your encrypted data is securely stored on Google Firebase servers. This allows you to restore your savings history across multiple devices securely.
            

Note on Financial Data: The numbers you input are for record-keeping and simulation purposes only. No real money is processed, transferred, or handled by this application.

2. User Accounts & Authentication

To facilitate Cloud Sync features for Premium users, we use the following authentication methods:

Anonymous Authentication: A temporary identifier is assigned to your device to enable immediate syncing without personal details.
Google Sign-In: To permanently secure your backup and enable data restoration on new devices, you may choose to link your Google Account. We only collect your email address and user ID for authentication purposes. We do not access your contacts, emails, or other personal Google data.

3. Device Permissions

To provide specific features, the app requests certain permissions:

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to maintain app functionality:

A. Google Firebase (Backend)

We use Firebase Realtime Database and Cloud Storage to securely store your savings data and goal images if you are a Premium user. This data is private to you and protected by database security rules.

B. Google AdMob (Ads)

For free users, we display Banner, Native, and Rewarded ads. AdMob may collect your Advertising ID to serve relevant ads. You can opt-out of personalized tracking in your device settings.

C. Google Play Billing (Payments)

All "Pro Version" purchases are processed securely by Google. Tapcorn Studios does not have access to your credit card information.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Local Data: Deleted immediately upon app uninstallation.
Cloud Data (Pro): Retained securely in Firebase as long as your account is active.
Account Deletion: You have the right to request the deletion of your cloud data. You may submit a formal request through our Deletion Request Form to remove your data from our servers permanently.

6. Children's Privacy

Piggy Bank Savings Tracker is suitable for teenagers wishing to practice financial literacy. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If a parent believes their child has provided us with personal data, please contact us for immediate deletion.
